Smart Apply (One-Click)
NewApply to jobs in one click with AI-matched profiles, auto-linked contacts, and instant PDF generation.
Overview
The Smart Apply workflow eliminates the 7-step manual application process. When you view a job, the system automatically matches it against your 10 resume profiles, finds contacts at the company from your imported network (Google/LinkedIn), shows past applications at the same company, and lets you create an application with one click. The best-matching profile is pre-selected with a match score and keyword analysis.

Tips
The match score uses your resume YAML keywords plus enriched 'ideal candidate' keyword sets.
Missing keywords badge shows what to add to your resume before applying.
If you have contacts at the company, reach out before applying — referrals get 10x more interviews.
Use batch apply for similar jobs to create multiple applications from the same profile.
Profile matching works best with the 10 pre-built YAML profiles — keep them updated.
