By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5.3 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. We do not endorse any User Content or guarantee its accuracy, integrity, or quality.

6. AI-Generated Content

  • Get me the job may use AI models to assist with resume and cover letter generation
  • AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only and should be reviewed and edited by you
  • You are responsible for the final content you submit to employers
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or effectiveness of AI-generated content
  • You may configure which AI provider and model to use in your settings

7. Third-Party AI Services

If you choose to use third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, etc.), you acknowledge that:

  • You must comply with the third-party provider's terms of service
  • Your data may be sent to and processed by third-party AI services
  • We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party AI providers
  • API keys you provide are stored securely but used at your own risk

8. Intellectual Property

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. Your data will be scheduled for deletion after a 30-day grace period.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Your account has been inactive for an extended period
  • We are required to do so by law

12.3 Effect of Termination

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED €100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

  • We will notify you via email or in-app notification
  • Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance
  • If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service
